Diagnoses worden gesteld aan de hand van aannames en een onjuiste bestudering van het daadwerkelijke probleem. Er wordt veel te makkelijk gezegd dat het beter is om een nieuw apparaat te kopen. Eigenlijk vinden we dat te gek voor woorden als je bedenkt dat de fabrikanten hun apparaat verkopen als iets unieks.
